I took a break from proper cooking last night and went for a quick and easy dinner: Vivera Veggie Fish Goujons with sweet potato chips and peas. I don’t quite know how Vivera did it, but these are great! I never would have thought before going vegan that something like breaded fish would be possible made from plants, but if I hadn’t known these were vegan I wouldn’t have been able to tell. More and more I’m realising how easy it is to be vegan; there are just so many options and so many alternatives available. I’ll definitely be eating these again, watch out Captain Birdseye!
